1.2 All services will be performed as per the scope outlined in the agreement provided to the client. Any additional work outside the agreed scope may incur additional fees.

1.3 Results are based on best efforts, and while we aim to improve your rankings and traffic, outcomes may vary depending on factors such as competition, market trends, and search engine algorithm changes.

2. Client Responsibilities

2.1 Clients must provide timely and accurate information necessary for us to perform services.
2.2 Failure to provide required information or materials may delay the delivery of services.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Payments must be made according to the schedule outlined in your contract.
3.2 All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
3.3 Late payments beyond 7 days may result in service suspension.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 All strategies, reports, and materials created by SEO Marketing Perth remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred to the client.
4.2 Clients may not reproduce, share, or use any deliverables for purposes outside of the agreed contract without written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1 SEO Marketing Perth shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
5.2 While we strive to deliver quality results, we do not guarantee specific rankings or traffic improvements due to the dynamic nature of SEO and search engine algorithms.

6. Confidentiality

6.1 Both parties agree to keep confidential all sensitive information shared during the course of the agreement.

7. Termination

7.1 Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice.
7.2 All outstanding balances must be settled upon termination.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Services are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Disputes will be resolved exclusively within the jurisdiction of Western Australian courts.
